“Excellent hotel with a superb restaurant”
Hotel Holt and Holt Restaurant are proud to announce our participation in the Food and Fun Festival, 2019!
Our guest chef this year is Mac Buben who hails from Virginia, USA. Despite his young age, Buben has experience working at some of the most exciting restaurants in the states, including Jean-Georges in Columbus Circle and The Inn at Little Washington. He currently holds the position of head chef at Bistro Bis, one Washington DC’s most established Bistros.
The Food and Fun menu is now available and bookings are being accepted for the festival period, from the 27th of February, ending on the 3rd of March.
Hotel Holt’s restaurant has provided its guests with first-class service and cuisine from the start. It is a space where evocative and classical visual art meets culinary art – creating an experience of excellence.
The menu at Holt Restaurant is available as a two or three-course menu, featuring dishes anchored by tradition with an elevated mix of elegance and simplicity. Fresh and locally sourced produce, meats, and fish dictate the fair of the season. The wine menu is made up of all- natural and organically produced wines from Italy in concert with quality wines hand-picked by our restaurant team.

The Hotel Holt art walk commences at 17:30 every day. Registration is required.
